You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
Service definition
MeScreen is a wellness and functional laboratory assessment. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Orders & payment
Payment is due in full before dispatch or service provision. Orders may be refused or cancelled for legal, operational, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Sample processing
Samples are collected via dried blood spot (DBS) card and analysed at a partner laboratory outside the UK.
Results timeline
Typical turnaround is approximately four weeks, with certain exceptions for quality control, missing information, or events outside reasonable control.
Lost in transit
If a properly returned sample is confirmed lost in courier transit, one replacement DBS kit/card may be issued at no cost.
User handling issues
If collection or packaging problems cause QC failure, replacement materials may be available for an additional fee.
Support
Customer support aims to respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically around two business days.
Governing law
The laws of England and Wales; English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
